Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the guidelines and restrictions for using the Bob AI-first Insurance CRM and our autonomous Voice Twin services ("the Services").

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use the Services for any of the following:

• Engaging in illegal activities or violating local insurance regulations
• Impersonating individuals without their explicit legal consent for Voice Twin creation
• Sending unsolicited commercial communications (SPAM)
• Distributing malicious software or attempt to disrupt our AI infrastructure
• Attempting to reverse engineer or extract the underlying model weights of our AI agents

2. Ethical AI Communications

When using Bob's autonomous communication tools (Voice, SMS, Email), you must ensure that your AI agents identify themselves as AI assistants where required by law. High-authority brokerage standards require clear communication about the automated nature of certain interactions.

3. Data Integrity and Respect

The platform is designed to handle sensitive client data. Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded data complies with their local data protection and sovereignty laws. Misuse of client information or unauthorized data scraping is strictly prohibited.

4. Compliance Monitoring

We monitor the Services for usage patterns that violate this AUP. While we respect user privacy, excessive automated polling or behaviors that indicate bot-driven abuse of our voice infrastructure will lead to account suspension.

5. Enforcement

Bob reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for any user who violates these guidelines. We believe in providing a powerful, high-authority environment for legitimate insurance professionals and will protect that ecosystem from abuse.
