Bob.so provides an AI-powered Insurance CRM and Voice Assistant platform ("Service"). The Service includes tools for customer management, policy administration, claims processing, and automated voice interactions via "AI Voice Twins."

3. AI-Generated Content & Advice

Our platform uses artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, transcripts, and voice interactions. While we strive for accuracy, AI models may occasionally produce incorrect or biased information. Bob.so does not provide legal, financial, or insurance advice. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated output before acting on it.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree only to upload data that you have the right to process and to comply with all applicable insurance regulations in your jurisdiction.

5. Subscription & Payment

Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. Bob.so reserves the right to modify its pricing with notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Bob.so is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bob.so shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms or for inactivity on free accounts.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Zealand, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
