Who we are

Bob is a service of Your Generation Ltd, which holds a licence issued by the Financial Markets Authority to provide financial advice. Advice is given through Bob and approved by a licensed financial adviser.

The advice we give

We provide advice across personal, business and rural insurance, from income protection, life, trauma and health to home, contents, vehicle, business and rural cover. We tell you the scope of our advice up front, and a licensed adviser reviews and approves every recommendation before it reaches you. Bob never prices or gives advice on its own.

Fees and commissions

You pay no fee for the advice. If you take out cover, the insurer pays us a commission, and we tell you what that is before you decide to go ahead.

Conflicts of interest and complaints

We manage conflicts of interest so they do not influence our advice. If something goes wrong, our complaints process explains how to raise it and how it is resolved.
