Tell us first

Raise your concern with us through our contact page. We will acknowledge your complaint, look into it, and work with you to resolve it as quickly as we reasonably can.

If we cannot resolve it

If we cannot resolve your complaint together, you can refer it to our independent dispute resolution scheme at no cost to you. The scheme is impartial and its decision is binding on us. Full scheme details are provided in our disclosure information.
