What we collect
To prepare insurance advice we collect the information you share in your conversation: your goals and circumstances, occupation and income, dependants, and the health details an insurer needs to assess cover. We also keep a record of the questions you were shown and the answers you confirmed.
How we use it
We use your information to prepare a recommendation, to have a licensed adviser review and approve it, and to meet our obligations as a Financial Advice Provider. Sensitive details are redacted before they reach any system that does not need them.
Storage and security
Your information is encrypted and access-controlled, and regulated steps run on in-region (Australia/New Zealand) infrastructure. We keep your information only as long as we need it for advice and our legal obligations.
Your rights
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct it. To make a request, contact us through our contact page.
