Questions we get

Pricing is the easy part.

Can we switch tiers mid-contract?
Yes. Upgrades take effect on the next billing cycle and pro-rate. Downgrades take effect at renewal so we honor the seat commitment.
What counts as a "voice minute"?
Inbound and outbound calls handled by a Bob voice twin. Calls that hand off to a human within 30 seconds don’t count toward your minutes.
Do you charge per-customer or per-policy?
No. We charge per broker seat. We don’t want to be the partner that taxes your growth.
What happens at SOC 2 Type II?
You get an updated audit letter, a complete trust portal link, and a 12-month look-back of the audit ledger. No price change.

The next twenty insurance brokerages will not be built on spreadsheets.

We’re onboarding ten design-partner brokerages this quarter. If your book is between 1,000 and 12,000 policies, we should talk.
