Bob provides general information about insurance products and helps you contact verified advisers. Bob isn’t an insurer and doesn’t give personal financial advice.
Comparisons, explanations and match scores are based on published policy wording and the details you enter. They don’t take your full situation into account. Speak to a licensed adviser before making a decision.
Prices are indicative and come from insurer-approved integrations. They aren’t offers of cover. The insurer sets the final price after underwriting.
Advisers and companies can list for free. Listings must be accurate and are checked against official registers. We may hide a listing that is misleading or no longer registered.
Use of the API, MCP server, CLI and data snapshots is governed by the open data licence and the developer terms in the docs.
We work to keep information accurate and show where every term comes from, but policy wording is the final source. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
If you live in New Zealand, Australia or anywhere else, you keep the protections your local consumer law gives you that can’t be excluded by contract. Complaints about advice or insurance products still go to the dispute scheme for your market, listed on the complaints page.
