Members get tools that make it easier for clients to reach them: booking, reply times and an enquiries inbox. They don’t get a higher place in the list, a bigger card or a featured slot.

The “Uses Bob” badge tells clients the adviser can take bookings and reply quickly. It isn’t an endorsement.

Yes, for any verified adviser, insurer or distributor. There’s no time limit and no catch.

Do members appear higher in the directory?expand_more

No. Order is alphabetical for everyone. Members get booking, reply times and a badge, not position.

Do I need to use Bob’s tools to receive enquiries?expand_more

No. Free listings receive enquiries by message or call request, sent to your email.

Can insurers pay to have their policies ranked?expand_more

No. Every reviewed policy is listed, and comparison order is chosen by the person comparing.
