Bob runs on your website, chat, and email as your own brand. It answers every contact, prepares an indicative quote, and hands each policy to one of your licensed advisers to bind, all governed by your FAP under the FMA and FSLAA. Voice is on the roadmap.
No long integration project. You brand Bob, connect your knowledge, set your guardrails, and launch. Bob starts as a copilot, and a licensed adviser stays behind every bind.
Set your name, colours, voice, and a branded address. Bob answers as your firm, and stays invisible as a vendor.
Your brand, in Studio
Connect your documents, past quotes, and call notes. They become your firm's private, compounding knowledge, yours alone.
Private to your firm
Choose what Bob handles on its own and what an adviser reviews, per action. Copilot is the starting mode.
Auto / Ask / Off
Bob goes live on your site, chat, and email, in days. It prepares and explains; a licensed adviser binds.
Live in days
Bob becomes your firm's own product, not a tool you rent. Customers see your name, your colours, and your voice. The assistant discloses it is AI, in your firm's name, and never surfaces a vendor.
Bob starts as a copilot: a licensed adviser approves every quote before it sends. Autonomy is a dial per action, from Auto to Ask to Off, with fast-track limits you choose. You turn it up as trust builds, and some things always stay with a human.
Every firm is a separate tenant. Your Household Graph, the shared memory that makes Bob feel intelligent, is per firm, forever. There is no cross-tenant learning and no pooled data, and isolation is enforced at the database, not promised in a tooltip.
A generic AI add-on wears a vendor's brand and no one is accountable. Building it yourself is months of work you carry alone. Bob is licensed, white-label, and live in days, and it is honest about what is still on the roadmap.

Bob is new, so we lead with how it is governed, not with numbers we have not earned yet. Here is what holds true from day one.
Every quote is indicative and every advice-shaped output is held for a licensed adviser. A co-founder holds the FAP today, so your firm can operate under it from day one, or under your own licence if you hold one. Bob does the legwork and shows its working; a licensed human owns the decision, binds the policy under the FAP, and is accountable to the client and the FMA. Carrier-verified rating that makes a quote bindable is on the roadmap.
Bob runs in your name, colours, and voice, on a branded address such as your-firm.bob.so. Your customers only ever see your firm, not a vendor. The assistant still discloses it is AI, in your firm's name. Mapping Bob onto your own custom domain is on the roadmap.
