Semantic fact store
Every answer Bob gives, with a source.
A typed graph of customers, policies, wordings and conversations. Bob can't make a claim without naming the facts it pulled and the moment they entered the graph.

Every assertion, sourced to a versioned fact.
Source-first
The fact, then the source. Every time.
Bob doesn't answer questions in natural language and hope. It pulls typed facts from the graph, names them with citation chips, and renders the prose around those chips. Strip the chips and the prose dissolves.
Versioning
Facts move. Bob remembers the previous version.
When a wording is amended, the new endorsement creates v75 of driver_age — the old v74 stays in the graph forever. Audits in 2030 can replay a 2026 decision with the facts that were true at the time.
What's typed
Six entity types. Hundreds of relationships.
